Wajida brings more than two decades of international leadership experience spanning Biotechnology, Telecommunication, banking and consultancy. Her career reflects a deep expertise in scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. She specializes in organizational leadership, culture, executive team effectiveness, and enterprise transformation, and is recognized for helping companies build strong leadership capability and scalable organizational foundations while maintaining alignment, agility, and operational discipline during periods of significant growth. She also brings extensive experience working with Boards of Directors and Board Committees within public companies, including multinational organizations, supporting governance, executive compensation, leadership succession, and organizational effectiveness.

She holds a BA in Business and Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University and has pursed advanced executive education in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Behavior through London Business School.
